Team
Ben is the Managing Director of Carnegie Property. He has more than 20 years’ experience in project marketing and property development across all sector. Ben brings valuable knowledge and contemporary ideas to projects across South Australia. Most recently Ben has overseen the sales and project marketing for 354 Bowden, a complex project of five integrated buildings, consisting of 225 apartments.
Prior to heading up Carnegie Property, Ben was the South Australian General Manager for Aspen Developments, a key business unit of the ASX listed property investment and funds management group. During this time he oversaw the $800m City Central redevelopment of the Adelaide CBD.
Anna is a dedicated sales professional who has worked in real estate sales for over 20 years. Anna has a strong customer focus and nurtures the sale process from initial enquiries through to settlement and handover.
Anna’s previous extensive experience is in project sales, having achieved outstanding sales results in 354 Bowden apartments, Guild Terraces, Tapestry Townhouses, Project Sales Consultant, AV Jennings, St Clair Project, Building Consultant/Contractor - Hickinbotham Homes, Distinctive Homes, The Dunes Pt Hugh, SA and house and land developments.

This $10M redevelopment transformed Electra House into a three level venue with a mix of contemporary and original features. This historically significant building includes a fine dining restaurant across two levels, two ‘New York Soho’ style penthouse function rooms on the top level, a bar and beer garden on the ground floor and basement for back of house operations.
Built in 1901, the building had been vacant for 18 years and required extensive structural and service upgrades to render the building functional. The building features an external staircase with landing overlooking the beer garden. The front façade and original electric lift were unaltered to maintain the building’s heritage status.
